When the mind is centered, stress can not guide a solution to a problem. When the heart is centered, gratitude in all situations become a template for the soul. Centeredness fosters joy and abundance and that is the frequency that I, Certified Usui Reiki Master Practitioner, Nathalie Etienne aka Natou Ma’at aims to share with you all.
